Open daily to the public. Outdoor spaces are available for rent on a daily basis, first come, first serve. Sorry, no reservations.
Setup on the Flea Market begins at 5:00 a.m., no earlier. No exceptions. Everyone must stay with their space. No one is allowed to pay for a space and leave the market. No one can leave items in a space to reserve it and come back at a later time. First come, first serve only. No exceptions.
Outdoor spaces are $10/day (Size of a parking spot)
Larger outdoor spaces are $15/day (Vehicle & area to display items)
Indoor units are $275/month and currently there is a wait list. Please contact the office at

All vendors who display merchandise in front of their booths must not bock the sidewalks, display merchandise beyond the line of your booth, or block both entrances.
Spaces should be clean and nothing is left outside when the vendor is not present.
The Market Manager or his designated agent shall have the right of supervision and general control of the Flea Market, streets and alleys immediately adjoining thereto and shall collect all fees, rent, etc.
Tenants, buyers, or sellers are required to keep all receipts and/or tickets while doing business on the Flea Market.
The market manager or his designated agent shall have the right to refuse rental of any space to anyone, providing their is a justifiable reason.
The Market Manager or his designated agent shall have authority to direct the arrangement, parking and movement of all vehicles on the Flea Market. This includes buyers and sellers.
Any unauthorized vehicle left on the Flea Market, day or night, will be towed away at the owner's expense. No inoperable vehicles will be allowed on the Flea Market.
No vehicles are to be parked in rental spaces unless that occupant is renting that space. No exceptions.
No person renting a space or booth on the Flea Market shall sell, sublet, or assign the same thereof, for any purpose, without written consent of the Market Manager. This will result in dismissal of both parties from the Flea Market.
False packs are prohibited. Sharp and dishonest practices carried on at the Flea Market will be punished by expulsion from the Flea Market.
The use of profane, abusive or discourteous language is prohibited.
Anyone gambling, under the influence of alcohol, or who is disorderly in his/her conduct while on the Flea Market shall be expelled from the Flea Markel by the Market Manager or his designated agent.
Anyone while on the Flea Market who does any act that endangers the lives or property of others on the Flea Market will be expelled from the Flea Market.
Every vendor or seller on the Flea Market shall sell his/her merchandise at whatever price they deem appropriate without interference from another vendor on the Flea Market.
Any tenant or vendor who circulates false reports of stories tending to disturb, destroy or upset the operation of the Flea Market shall be expelled from the Flea Market.
Any user of space on the Flea Market shall keep their immediate premises clean and sanitary. Merchandise must be kept inside designated space.
All garbage must be taken to either the dumpster in front of the Flea Market or disposed of off the market. No trash left in front of your space or at the Hannah Box.
Anyone caught abusing the restroom facilities in any way will have action taken against them.
All aisles and walkways must be kept free and clear at all times.
All city, county, state and federal laws must be observed.
After three (3) complaints against a vendor or seller on the Flea Market for questionable behavior in their activities while on the Flea Market will subject that person to expulsion from the Flea Market.
The market or any of its employees shall not be responsible for loss of private property through theft or otherwise. The market will not be responsible for personal injuries or damage to private property on the Flea Market.
All tenants and sellers shall be responsible for the actions of their employees and workers.
Use of electric heaters or extension cords is not permitted in or on Flea Market.
If you must bring your children, you have to keep them with you at all times or under adult supervision.
No firearms are permitted on the Flea Market.
The following list of things cannot be sold on the Flea Market: firearms, fireworks, live plants, and edible food, anything pertaining to or depicting pornography.
All radios must be kept turned down so as not to disturb other tenants and customers.
No person, vendor, or other seller on the Flea Market who violates any of these rules and regulations will be subject to immediate expulsion from the Flea Market. Anyone having been expelled or having had selling privilege revoked shall be barred from the Flea Market until reinstated by the Board of Directors. Anyone who has been expelled or had privilege revoked by the Market Manager may appeal to the Board of Directors. Appeal must be in writing within seventy-two (72) hours after revocation or expulsion. Said appeal shall set forth, in a concise manner, the cause of revocation or expulsion and the reasons for appealing there from. The Board of Directors shall plan a time for a hearing, not less than one (1) day or more than three (3) days after the appeal has been filed. After the hearing the appeal the Board of Directors may affirm the revocation or expulsion or reinstate the applicant. Action and decisions made by the Board of Directors shall be conclusive and final.
The above and foregoing rules and regulations are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Association and/or the Board of Directors. Any changes will be posted prior to its taking effect.
